A daily training home for ballplayers who want to work.

Our mission

More than a place to train

MFIG is a daily training home and community for athletes 12 and up. Academy Hours run six days a week, up to 12 hours of work every week, and everything we do follows one method.

01

Assess

Every athlete starts with a Zoom call, then an in-person assessment of where they are today: skill, performance, and measurable data from Blast Motion and HitTrax.

The standard stays the same. What we ask from the player evolves.

02

Adjust

We identify what needs to improve and build the plan around what that player needs, not the same drills for everyone.

03

Train

Training runs in 4-week blocks during Academy Hours, Monday through Saturday. We reassess every 4 weeks, adjust the plan, and keep building.

Built by a player who had to outwork the gap

Caleb Marquez was drafted, caught professionally for 8 years, and played a couple of seasons in Mexico, where he got his first taste of academy life. He built MFIG so players here can develop every single day while it stays cost friendly.

“Every minute is time & a half.”
