How Individual Training Works
Assess
Every athlete begins giving us an understanding of where they currently are as a player. We evaluate, skill, performance, and measurable data to establish a starting point
Build The Track
We identify what needs to improve and place the athlete on the appropriate development track. Instead of giving every player the same drills, training is built around what that player needs growth in.
Train
Development happens Monday through Saturday. Through academy hours and your own individual hour you will have every opportunity to grow in the areas identified.
Reassess & Develop
We track progress, revisit the assessment after 4 weeks. adjust the plan and continue building the player.
